I am a Psychologist and transpersonal practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals through deep inner processes, emotional regulation, life transitions, and the integration of expanded states of consciousness.

My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and somatically grounded. I integrate psychotherapy with Breathwork Awareness and structured preparation and integration work to support psychological coherence, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence.

I also work with individuals engaging extended experiential processes involving non-ordinary states of consciousness, always within a clear ethical framework and clinical containment.

I currently maintain a private practice (online and in person) and contribute to integrative clinical work at NSP Clinic — Specialists in Brain & Spine. I am also the founder of Breathwork Awareness, a professional school for breathwork facilitators.

I am a Psychologist and psychotherapist working at the intersection of psychology, breathwork and consciousness integration.

My work is rooted in a deep respect for the human process and the understanding that healing unfolds through presence, safety and relational attunement. Rather than imposing techniques or goals, I accompany people in developing self-regulation, inner clarity and the capacity to stay present with their lived experience.

I hold a degree in Psychology and have spent over a decade in clinical practice, complemented by extensive training in transpersonal psychotherapy, breathwork and preparation and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. My approach is trauma-informed, somatically grounded and guided by ethical clarity.

I believe transformation does not come from transcending the human experience, but from inhabiting it more fully — integrating both light and shadow, insight and embodiment, meaning and daily life.

Technologies of the sacred

My work is informed by what I understand as Technologies of the Sacred: practices that support awareness, integration and remembrance of our essential human capacity for self-regulation, meaning-making and healing.

These approaches are not applied as belief systems or spiritual shortcuts, but as grounded frameworks that support psychological integration and embodied presence. Inspired by thinkers such as Claudio Naranjo, my work emphasizes cultivating a compassionate, authentic and responsible relationship with oneself, with others and with life itself.

All tools I use are held within a clear therapeutic container, always in service of integration rather than transcendence, and adapted carefully to each individual process.
